This is a dream video for those who makes fuel briquettes. Before that I thought that leaf blower is useless, but bunch of them I see quite fast and effective.
The coordination of the guys is just awesome. Here in Germany a single person runs around, blows leaves in the wind which ends up with 80% of the leaves in my garden Before the cleaning van arrives. 🙄

One of my gardening groups several years ago had an informal contest encouraging everyone to get as many bags of leaves as they could. This would fill my entire fenced in garden area all the way up the five foot fence. You had a whole army working on that. Well done and such a beautiful property.

I had a feeling Kevin what is your number one man. He looks like he's thinking when he's working, where the other guys just dive in head first. He also knows how to turn the blower off. A valuable skill when it comes time to rake. I've had guys work for me where the only way I could get them to turn the blower off was to ration their fuel.
Buddy has a large, terraced yard back to front. Five guys showed up, two blowing in the back pushing leaves to the gate and two more beyond the gate blowing down onto the front lawn and driveway. One other guy had a lawn tractor with a makeshift wood plow on it pushing all of the leaves into a massive pile behind the truck with the vacuum. they were done in about three hours.
Who is HIS? That’s a terrible name for a business. It sounds like the the owner is arrogant about owning all the properties he cleans, or worse, it sounds like something religious. I’d rather hire a company called Al’s leaf blowers, or something like that.

Interesting set up you got. It's lacking in a lot of areas but you worked well with what you used. The trucks is a great size its bigger then my ram 4500s. Vac is under sized for the truck at first it looked like a 10 inch intake hose but its 12 inch. A 16 inch hose vac would be more appropriate for that truck. I despise strait tips on back packs the curves give so much better control. I modify ours I like a short arm like yours but with a curved tip so you can with the flick of your wrist change the angle of attack so I get the tips stihl sells cut them down to their shortest lengths and re-drill the holes. Way to many guys for my tastes rather use a fradan 18 hp self propelled blower in the open areas that would replace about 3-4 back pack guys on bulk. The other real deficiency was with the plowing with just mowers. Get your self a Jrco leaf plow in tandem with the hydro self propelled blow you could of done that job with 4 fewer men in the same time.
This may sound like a stupid question. Why not use a vacuum in the areas that are tight quarters? Granted the bag will have to be emptied a lot. Curious if a lawn vacuum would be useful at times. Other than that, awesome clean up.

Does the truck vacuum shred the leaves or just vacuum them up? And are there any types of leaves that compost better than others as I’ve heard that oak leaves take many years to break down
I still don’t understand why you don’t have at least one or two turbo fan blowers like Toro or Hurricane. You cut down some of your bulk leaf moving by a lot. IE…Spencer Lawn Care 😅

what do you do with the lead mulch? it makes the best compost!
That’s what we use it for. If it has a lot of pine needles we use it for erosion control.
Great video you should invest in getting a stand on blower or a walk behind blower

Mainly vacuum but when dry it shreds decently
