Then a container site with no main road. I wonder why Saddler's plan has failed with this kind of logic. Impossible.

I've never seen any player like you. how many retries approximately for this run?? and I am so curious what is your drive and mindset to attempt and even complete all these extreme challenges?? Sure there are some other old gamers who did challenges in God hand KMS or level 1 kratos in GMGOW but this in on another level.
Every time I get to the part of the two 'The Giant', the first one (without armor) is easy, just a flash and he falls, the thing is the second thing I do is stay on his feet and he will turn to the side we are on , and there we do the same thing again and so on until Luis arrives, the thing is that although this is quite effective, it can come out (receive damage) it is perhaps 80% effective but it can still happen.
Village shoot and run too, after trigger the cut scene of the chainsaw guy, dont run into the house with the well that one, otherwise the chainsaw guy can actually magically appear inside the room (Scripted attack most likely, as we know chainsaw guy will cut down the pillar of the house if Leon run pass by in the back alley)
bro I have the same problem as you in 1:38, where I clearly pressed R2 when the prompt showed up, but it slashes instead of stealth. It happens in every run I do...
@@sugoi9680 I would prefer an increase in enemies and randomized items if that was what VOS was like. I always play that mode on NG+ with the special customization for the weapons. There is no way I would play through that through New Game.

Hey Aether! I wanna start by saying I going through your no dmg run of this game and Im enjoying content. I just wanna firstly say that, the game definitely has flaws. Pretty much all the unfortunate occurrence were because of bad game design or bugs. However, in the clip at 1:24. I don't want to sound a nitpicker. The reason why the knife prompt failed is due to you not letting go of movement and going into neutral first. It is very subtle but you did a running slash attack. I can tell because the animation for running slash have Leon bending his arm and wind up the knife all the way to the left then he releases the swing from left to the right whereas the regular slash Leon just does a swipe. You can watch it back at your own rewind at 1:38. Your 1st knife attack was a running attack and then follow up slash was a regular one. That's all! love your video!
No worries, you can always point out. I never let go of movement when doing stealth kills. And like JP Hataraki mentioned, it should transition between running slash to stealth kill. The prompt sometimes shows up further than you can actually execute so it can be quite misleading.
the game have a ton of random bullshit that why on my S+ run, i save after every chapter end, so if shit happen i can restart peacefully without rage !

Took me about a month to get this run but that included learning the game and developing strategies.

Yeah, the chainsaw guy has some scripted teleports which can be very dishonest.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind not seeing a no damage RE4R run. Not getting hit seems to be even more of a challenge here than in Village of Shadows.

Holding down the knife attack makes it transition from a slash to an execution, but it didn't happen here.

15 is more of a waiting game so I don’t mind as much but a lot of other moments made me want to slap the developers for some really bad decisions. 😅
