hi great video! I'm considering moving to watergrass but hesitant on the 20 mins distance to all the shops/resto's, seems like a long drive and out of the way. Suggestions?
Thanks Cindy! I agree it is a ways out there, right now. At the current rate of building there will be plenty of shopping closer in the very near future. With size potential of both Watergrass and Epperson, I can't imagine Publix, Walmart and the big box stores won't start sometime. Major malls, ie Wiregrass, maybe not so much. There's always Estancia by Lennar, but bang for the buck, Watergrass wins. Let me know if I can help.
Hey James. NO place in florida is out of range of either a hurricane or flooding. Well maybe in the panhandle there is less flooding. Hurricanes hit all the coastal areas, but they are not that common and you have a week to get to higher ground and get out of the way. Flooding on the other hand can occur with an afternoon rain storm. The highest peak in the area is 360 ft, most of the bay area is at or close to sea level. Rainfall can build up quickly. BUT, in an hour or so it is gone and things are back to normal. Wesley Chapel is at a higher elevation so, in theory it will flood less.
I have been to NYC just a couple times, but from what I saw while there the short answer to your questions is NO! For an hour in the morning and an hour or so in the evening it slows down. Maybe even stops for a minute or two. Not like what I saw in NYC and the last time I was there was 1986. I am sure it has gotten worse.
Thank you for this detailed video.
You are welcome!
I moved to Wesley Chapel in 2/2020 it was perfect to purchase but pandemic hit us a month later . Now the prices practically doubled
I know. That will probably continue for 18 to24 months. Hopefully, new construction will catch up and inventory will level off!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for subscribing!

A one hour commute is adorable compared with the Atlanta community 😂
Hahaha! Atleast for now. Everybcommunity becomes crowded eventualy.
Pretty much!!
Is there a Catholic Church nearby?
Yes, there are several in the area.
