Ramiro, Thank you for your comment. Wesley Chapel Has changed significantly even in the last 4-5 years! I would love to meet with you and talk more about your plans and help answer any questions for you. Feel free to reserve a time on my calendar: calendly.com/vivienaronna/discovery-call-with-vivien-aronna
@@vivienaronna1890 yes we love the Diana model but we were heartbroken as we missed the last lottery by 2 names and now we don’t know when they’re going to start building again
@@senorG35 I live in WR. Only thing Wesley chapel is lacking, and it's not a big issue is that it's a little "far" from the beach. Which is a good pro due to hurricanes, but con if you like to visit the beach often. :D
@@senorG35 They are not built yet. They just started working on the community center in February. I asked last week when it is expected to be complete was told "early next year" But as of april 15th, it seems they are building super fast. Could be earlier. Also another thing to know about WR they own all the land above winding ridge and I heard from one of the construction workers they're going to be expanding the community more north so you may have more opportunity coming soon.
Nice video and scenery and info, also nice looking blouse/shirt , just to throw that in there as a compliment, also became a subscriber as well, Tony J. from the Midwest Indiana...😃😃😃
Thank you for watching! Wesley chapel is not for everyone! I enjoy spotlighting cities and neighborhoods to help viewers and buyers determine if they like a certain city or neighborhood
@@vivienaronna1890 In general, I like Gainesville. I didn't like Ocalla. I've lived in South Florida a long time, mostly commuting between my Parents house in Sunrise (Broward County) and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. I've heard great things about Gainesville from students that came back to FAU. They almost use "Gaineville as a code word for University Of Florida (as a place to party). I was born in New York. I remember as a little kid, sitting on a bicycle daydreaming about a wish list for what states I'd want to live in as an adult. #1 was Hawaii and #2 was Florida. We moved from New York to New Jersey when I was 16, and we were in New Jersey for 5 years. My Father received a dual job offer. He asked us if we would rather live in Maine or Florida. Nothing against New England, but I immediately shouted Florida! Then my sisters followed suit, and Florida, it was. Even at my "ripe old age", I'd like to see if I can get accepted to University Of Florida as a Chemistry Pre-Veterinary Major. Also, I hear that there are Tom Petty festivals in Gainesville every March and I play guitar and sing. I wonder if I can find other musicians that would want to play at the festival. (Assuming it wouldn't be hard to set that up).

Yes, I love the winding ridge community. Is there a specific floor plan you like by their builder?

Anthony!! Thank you for subscribing!! I hope you will continue to enjoy the content!
Amazing video, Vivien! I feel like I’ve visited Wesley Chapel now.
Next time you are in FL, I’d love to show you around!
Too much open area and not enough trees. Looks more Southern than tropical. Ugly. However, the young lady is cute and very pretty.
