how long do you recommend to wait after the bobber goes down to set the hook, I see you always wait 20-30 seconds and still hooking them in the mouth, how come they don't git gut hooked?

On this video I was using 5/0 249WA Eagle Claw Weedless. Very few tackle stores have them anymore. I order mine online!
