Good video & nice bass C.C. Very similar to my recent catches down here on the Stick Marsh/Farm 13. Three weeks ago or so, right on the new moon, I got an 8 lb'er, two 5's, and quite a few others between 3 & 4. The following week, I got a 7.5, and caught a 5.5 and 4.5 at the same time on 2 rods, plus other smaller, but decent fish. Last trip out, the 2 biggest were 6.5 & 6. All the above on large wild shiners. Only a matter of time to hook up with some more double digit fish. The most productive area has been the south end of Farm 13, in the stump fields where all the eel grass & hydrilla starts. All that wood mixed with grass makes catching them rather tricky & difficult. I always lose at least several decent fish each time out, but that's fishing. Thanks for watching Diquon! If you have any thick weeds near deep water that's where I'd start. You can anchor up or troll the shiners real slow with your trolling motor. Jan., Feb., and March will be your best chance for a trophy! Make sure to use heavy tackle so you can wrestle that hog out of the grass! Shiner fishing is not light tackle fishing! That's about as much as I can tell you with out any knowledge of the lake! Good luck to ya!

I Live on a lake in Jax .. There's a nice sized lake/pond; I see & Catch big shiners alot but yet to snag a bass with any.... Any tips?
