    Patience is a virtue and on this kit getting to be an extinct species! I had been toying with the idea of trying to use gold leaf rather than paint for the embellishments! It would help if everything was made to the right size in the first place. Still, I think you are winning. Nice little video showing the raw pitfalls that I am taking notes on!! 😉Regards JH

      Yes you would think with the price of the model, it would at least fit together properly.

    And the battle begins.....😁 I am thinking of making a channel of my own, just to post pics of mine for comparissement. I still find myself unwilling to start on the rigging again. Nevertheless, good to see your progress.

      Would love to see your model, the rigging images within the Sovereign of the seas book are supposed to be accurate, and better than the kit instructions.
