A feller kinda likes the larger space to do the burnouts! You can actually escape your cloud of smoke for a second or 2 and see where you're at and then you can go back where you were and the cloud is cleared a little. Nice run!

Its great to see someone playing by the "real" Summernats burnout rules, No wall taps, No rev limiter, Fast 360 tip in, use of pad, No reverse. and the 3 main rules. Instant smoke, Consistent smoke and quantity of smoke. Also I wonder how many people know that the coloured tyres (yes both those word are spelt correctly) are made here in Australia.
As an Ozzie, not an Ossie, I had all the spelling but didn't know about the tyres. Dad was a car bloke, but British stuff that could never do a burnout, or would break an axle trying. Father in law was a hotrodder who did a mean burnout, but usually on Mickey Thompsons.
@@MrWilliamtomkinson well guess what MY first car was. A Morris Minor Panel van. Dad only just sold it on (he's in his 80's and has dementia). He told me when he and I built it "Don't be a karn in this or you'll break an axle" and he'd blown axles in his sidewacker lowlite in the day doing it. 900cc sidevalve. Go figure. I also had a friend who had a V4 transit graft into a Moggie Panel Van, (guessing it was the v4 1.7 Taunus, because I saw the heads off it )that grenaded the whole diff and had to replace it with a cutdown transit diff. I'm guessing your car had a full drive train in it to the wheels. Those moggie axles are not up to much.
