- When I was sweeping the yard in the morning, five or six passion fruits had fallen under the mango tree. Look, a bunch of passion fruits had gone all over the mango tree and the fruit had turned yellow in places. I went there with Saki in the morning thinking that the vines in my father's land also had nuts.
As expected, the vines are full of yellow and red nuts. I love the taste as well as the hot aroma inherent in the passion fruits. I flocked full of bucket passion fruits. Saki looked at me lovingly like my bodyguard until I washed the fruits from the cannel at the edge of the land as the baskets were full of passion fruits.
When I got home I split the passion fruit into two and mixed with bee honey, gave it to my mom, dad and brother and ate it. Um, it's very tasty when it's sour and sweet. I took more than half of the fruit from the basket and made a passion fruit jam, mixed passion fruit juice with chopped mango, pineapple and papaya at home and made a fruit concentrate.
In the evening, I wanted to have tea with my family and make a small meal with passion fruit. Another friend came to taste it. As usual, the babyMaina was in my arms. But Saki didn't want me to pet her.
The next day I had a desire to make shawarma. Even though it is not a typical dish of our country, I added some passion fruits leaves to the shawarma salad and added some passion fruits juice. The shawarma with that sour taste is awesome. No matter how tasty the shawarma is, it can never be compared to the coconut sambol that my mother grinded on the stone, the oiled lentils and the fried roast bread. Boiled with peas, cowpeas, green peas and eaten with coconut, kochchi and red onion is a favorite of all four of us at home.
The passion fruits jam I made also tasted like roasted bread. passion fruits are even tastier when crushed. When mixed with the slightly sweeter blended fruit tea, the dish really tasted different and sweeter.
That night I added more butter and kneaded the dough to make something for the next day. I got up in the morning, watered the vegetable beds, thinned the dough, and made a passion fruit sauce with ravens. Exactly half of the thinly sliced bread I poured a layer of cheese and mixed with olive oil with garlic pepper salt and ginger powder to give it a different flavor. The bread was folded in half, cut into strips, and deep fried in oil. Saki lay under my bed and slept soundly in the cold. As I was going down, Tikki Tikirith came with me. Tikiri is like Maya. He comes a long time later. 🌻 Dad and Uncle Sumith cut Albizzia branches. Where the mother also picks firewood. My brother and I finished rolling the sauce with them. Ever since I was a child I have loved to cook small meals with the wind blowing in the middle of the tea garden.

හිතුවා වගේම වැල් පිරෙන්නම කහ පාට රතු පාට ගෙඩි.ආසාවෙ බෑ..මම රසයට වගේම ආස වැල් දොඩම් වලටම ආවේණික උනු සුවදට..කූඩෙ පිරෙන්න ගෙඩි ටිකත් කඩාගෙන එන ගමන් ඉඩමේ මායිමේ තියෙන පිටවානෙන් ඒ ටික හොදට හෝදගන්නකන් සකී ඉවුරට වෙලා මං දිහා ආදරෙන් බලන් හිටියෙ හරියට මගේ බොඩි ගාඩ් වගේ..😍
ගෙදර ඇවිත් වැල් දොඩම් දෙකට පලලා මී පැණිත් දාලා අම්මටයි තාත්තටයි මල්ලිටයි දීලා මාත් කෑවා.අම්මෝ ඇඹුලට පැණි රසත් එකතු උනාම හරිම රසයි.කූඩෙන් බාගෙටත් වඩා වැඩි ගෙඩි ප්‍රමාණෙක වැල් දොඩම් යුෂත් අරන් ලෙලි ටිකත් සුද්ද කරලා ගත්තේ වැල් දොඩම් ජෑම් එකක් හදලා,ගෙදර වත්තෙන්ම කඩපු අඹයි අන්නාසියි ගස්ලබුයි එක්ක වැල් දොඩම් යුෂ මිශ්‍ර කරලා පළතුරු සාන්ද්‍රනයක් හදලා තියන්නත් එක්කමයි..
හවස් වරුවෙ ගෙදර අයත් එක්ක තේ බොන්න මට හිතුනා වැල් දොඩම් දාලා මොනවහරි පොඩී කෑමක් හදන්න ඕන කියලා.උකු කිරි එක්ක වැල් දොඩම් එකතු කරලා හදපු ඒ කිරි ටොපි එකනම් තාත්තා රස කර කර කෑවා.ඒකේ රස බලන්න තවත් යාලුවෙක් ආවනේ😍 හරිම හුරු පුරුදුයි වගේ මයින පැටියා මගේ අතටම වෙලා හිටියා.හැබැයි මං එයාව හුරතල් කරනවට මේ දුශ්ටපාලනම් පොඩ්ඩක්වත් කැමති උනේ නෑ..😂
පහුවදා මට ශවර්මා හදන්න ආසාවක් ආවා.අපේ රටට ආවේනික කෑමක් නොව්නත් රස කෑම කන්න ඉතිං කව්ද අකමැති නේද ළමයි😁 ශවර්මා සලාදෙට මම වැල් දොඩම් කොල ටිකකුත් ලියලා දාලා වැල් දොඩම් ඉස්ම ටිකකුත් දැම්මා.ඒ ඇඹුල් රසත් එක්ක ශවර්මා එක නම් නියමයි.ශවර්මා කොයිතරම් රස උනත් අම්මා ගලේ අඹරපු පොල් සම්බෝලෙයි,තෙල් දාපු පරිප්පුවයි කබලේ බැදපු රෝස් පානුයි තරම් නම් පෑහෙන්න බෑ කවදාවත්ම..😍 කඩල,කව්පි, ග්‍රීන් පීස් එක්ක තම්බලා,ලා පොල් මදයි කොච්චියි රතු ලූනුයි එක්ක කන එකත් අපේ ගෙදර හතර දෙනාගෙම ආසම දෙයක්😍

එදාම රෑ මම වැඩිපුර බටර් දාලා පිටි මෝලිය අනලා තිබ්බේ පහුවදාට මොනවාහරි කෑමක් හදන්න.උදේ නැගිටලා එලවලු පාත්ති වලට වතුර දාලා ඇවිත් පිටි මෝලිය තුනී කරලා තියලා මම ගිහින් වැල් දොඩම් සෝස් එක හැදුවෙ ටිකක් සැර වෙන්න කපුටු කොච්චිත් දාලා.තුනී කරගත්තු පිටි රොටියෙ හරියටම බාගෙක මම චීස් තට්ටුවක් ගාලා සුදුලූනු ගම්මිරිස් ලුනු සූදුරු කුඩු එක්ක ඔලිව් තෙල් මිශ්‍ර කරලා ගෑවේ වෙනස්ම රසයක් මතුවෙන්නයි.රොටිය දෙකට නවලා තීරු කපලා අඹරලා ගැඹුරු තෙලේ බැදලා තමයි මම සුදුලූනු චීස් මැදිවුනු දගර වලිග..😂 නෑ නෑ දගර මුරුක්කු හදාගත්තේ.සකීට දේතුන් ගමනක් කතා කරාට හාවක් හූවක් නෑ.මගෙ ඇද යටට වෙලා සීතලට හොදටම නිදි.පව් අහිංසකයා.ඇස් දෙකේ සුදු ඉංගිරියාව විතරයි පේන්නේ.ගොඩක් දුර ගිහින් වගේ..😄 මං පහලට යද්දි ටික්කි ටිකිරිත් මාත් එක්ක ආවා.ටිකිරිත් මායා වගේමයි.ගොඩක් වෙලාවට පස්සෙන් එනවා..🌻 තාත්තයි සුමිත් මාමයි ඇල්බීසියා අතු කපනවා.අම්මත් දර ඇහිදිනවද කොහෙද..එයාලත් එක්ක මායි මල්ලියිත් සෝස් එකේ ගගා දගර ටික ඉවර කරා..තේ වත්ත මැද්දෙ ඉදන් හුලං වැදි වැදි එයාලත් එක්ක පොඩි පොඩි කෑම හදලා කන්න පොඩි කාලෙ ඉදන්ම මමනම් හරිම ආසයි...❤️
