what do think of the phenom 300e?

I think it is a great plane. It's over twice the price of mine and costs twice as much to operate, but if you have the budget for it, it's great. A friend of mine is typed in both and he said the HondaJet is much easier to fly because of the automation, especially in emergencies.

As I just told someone, it really depends on how many hours you are flying a year as most of the costs are fixed. So hard to answer without knowing that.
