During Guitar Heros huge boom there was a Guitar Hero concert during half time at a football game. 29,000 people stared blankly as a bunch of teenagers played plastic instruments to good songs...well I say 29,000 has in reality most of us said "fuck this" and went inside for half time.

13:42 THAT'S THE CARROT GIVEN TO HIM BY BAT'KA LUKASHENKO, Belarus president-for-life, formerly known as the last dictator of Europe. The most pathetic thing about Seagal isn't him being out of shape or making poor movies - which most actions stars past their prime do - it's being a shill for various lowly dictators while claiming to be super secret CIA assassin trainer overlord or soemthing. He became the definition of pathetic.

Woah, weird coincidence. My friend and I had been putting watching this off for months, and watched it the day you uploaded it.
The best part about that chick being credited as "DDR Girl" is that Pump It Up is a legit game, not even just a fictional knock-off. They essentially throw shade at their own product placement.

Ahhh. Pump it Up. Andamiro's response to Konami's DDR. It's actually pretty fun. Sadly not represented here very well. There's some pretty interesting music in Pump it Up, and it's still pretty popular in various rhythm game groups and they continue to release new versions to this day. I used to be okay at it, but now I'm old and out of shape and can't play any more.

What really irks me whenever a DDR/Pump It Up scene is done in a movie or TV show is that dancing skill is always shown to be the ultimate way to win at these games when in fact dancing as if you were on a dance floor would be a MASSIVE DETRIMENT to your performance. This is the reason why actual rock musicians always fail horribly at playing the Guitar Hero version of their OWN SONGS.

Small fact: The DDR knock-off is a real company. As in it's a knock-off DDR made by a Korean company called Andamiro. Lots of entertainment companies from other East Asian countries like Taiwan n Korea does that barely legal trademark thing where they modify the pads and steps mechanics of Bemani/Konami arcades and profit off it cos Konami's profit sharing scheme(which gives newer machines internet connection and capability to unlock songs) is apparently bullsh*t and most local arcade have trouble dealing with Konami. Anw that knock-off(Pump It Up) is now way more popular in my home country than DDR (I'm from Indonesia) and I believe in South East Asia that's been the case with the exception of Singapore where the otaku culture+spending capabilities is really strong.

As an HSM fan, I could see how you would think he's into his sister. But in the sequels it's pretty clear he's not into her. And them auditioning for romantic leads I think has more to do with the fact that there are very few musicals whose leads are not romantically involved.

I only saw clips of Beverly Hills Ninja from on TV to in internet videos, but after seeing this review, I really should watch it from start to finish.
And we all thought The Hoff wouldn't get any lower than he got in Anaconda 3.
9:31- They also did this in Tank Girl.
11:34- Insert clip of The Cinema Snob saying "Really?" here.
14:50- At least it would have been better than that Taco Bell commercial promoting 1998's Godzilla.
16:31- Guardians of the Galaxy, this is not.
The "getting powers while getting horny" thing should only belong in superhero porn parodies, not actual films.

6 years after this video was posted, so this comment is probably gonna fall on deaf eyes, but that's not DDR. And it's not a weird bootleg either. It's Pump It Up, a different but equally popular dancing game that's a direct competitor to DDR. It's legit. Actually, at my local Round 1 Arcades, Pump It Up machines are actually more popular than the DDR ones! I see more people on Pump It Up than on DDR, both six years ago, and even to this day!
