Tobias has the mannerisms of the slightly eccentric village clockmaker who is quite thrilled to have you visit his little shop. Also:who got the golden ticket?
thanks for the video! I went to their ritual in Amsterdam and I'm currently really dealing with the post-concert depression, this makes it all just a little bit more bearable.
@@djaleesahaurissa7890 very well possible. I've been feeling sad since the concert ended and I really hope it goes away soon because this is the worst.
Great vid! I do feel like the crowd could have been more enthusiastic. Check the ultra-short applause after he's done introducing the band, and he says: "We are Ghost, and we are here with you tonight!" It dies down almost immediately. You can see him thinking "What, that's it?" and then he just mumbles "...thank you." and gets on with the show. During the whole gig he could never get the crowd to show loud appreciation for guitar solos either, although he kept trying. Not the liveliest of crowds, us Dutchies! Maybe it's a cultural thing. Amazing show though!
Thank you! Yes, the Dutch crowds... I guess it's the Hollandse Nuchterheid that's hard to shake off, but a Ghost crowd may also be a bit introverted? I loved the vibe there tho, everybody was friendly and excited and the show was truly amazing. They definitely deserved an explosive cheer from us.
mappelboom i mean i can’t really say anything about people not being enthusiastic since i was sitting at the back :D it was an awesome concert, but as you guys said the crowd should have been more enthusiastic
@@lowbrowrodeo Not only "Hollandse Nuchterheid", but I also blame it on the signs in our public transportation, saying "Do not disturb the driver during the ride". This year Ghost's ritual certainly outperformed the April 2017 one in the same venue.
Many of the shows in the US are this way. I was in Florida losing my mind singing along song after song. Not many people really got into it. Oh well. Their loss
I love that he pronounces Amsterdam the dutch way, and that he says Nederland instead of The Netherlands. I guess being a swede, Tobias probably knows what it's like to have an international artist come to your town and actually know how to pronounce the name right.
Thanks for sharing all Ghost vids. I've only been a fan for a couple of months. I'll be seeing them in October, I think I'm going to cry when they leave the stage at the end of the night. I don't know what it is about the music except that it's some powerful stuff. It's so addictive. I love the ghouls but the two skinny little ones up front are my absolute faves aside from the ladies. I have no idea what their names are. I'm assuming the big one to the left side of the stage is Alpha other than that I have no clue.
If you look closely at 14:43 the bassist lets the rhythm guitarist hold down the frets for him for a while. And then he intentionally screws it up and makes the bassist shake his head and take it back lol.
Awesome video! I attended 2 rituals here in N. America. Im from Texas. I heard alot of yells when it was mentioned before playing If you have Ghost. Is Texas well known over there?
April A I think it was more that they were expecting ‘If you have ghosts’ when he named Texas. Or maybe there were some Texans in the house? Texas is well known all over the world is my guess :)
He was talking about 'tickling the taint' before, and he says: ,You let (it) me tickle it for you?' He misspoke a bit. And then he tickled our taints with Mummy Dust :)
0:00 Mummy Dust
6:30 If You Have Ghosts

23:50 Square Hammer
PêI’m headed really Ppg was your plan rp
I’ll run around the garage

LMFAOO THIS IS SO TRUE
every time he says *GHOUL* it gets funnier tbh
Tobias is such an amazing showman. Love these guys and ghoulettes!
Square hammer is the best rock song out right now. Period. That song is so fucking rad
And then Mary on a Cross came out
The one Ghoulette rocked the keytar solo!
She’s my favorite
I think that her name is cummulus. But I'm not sure.
I've played this video so many times to play the drums to. Such a banger lineup of songs
For people who don't go to live shows this is terrific! Thanks for this video! Got to get my daily ghost fix!👍❤😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great angle, great quality :)
Thank you for sharing.
Few days left until i see them myself. So excited!

I was planning on only filming Year Zero, but the show was just too awesome...

@@thomasmckeon4850 Same here, but in Amsterdam... Looking even more forward to it after this show.

Wow this recording is awesome! What camera or phone did you use? The quality is superb!
iPhone X, believe it or or not. I was just as surprised.
16:37 lol he's playing the Eruption solo by Van Halen, or at least a small part of it. Watching this now, it's sombre.

I wonder what the bass player's name is? We're gonna find out ... GHOUULLLLLL!
what does he said in the beginning?
He was talking about 'tickling the taint' before, and he says: ,You let (it) me tickle it for you?' He misspoke a bit.
And then he tickled our taints with Mummy Dust :)
Who is the ghoul on the left? cos damn he is a fine figure of a man, just saying😘
Haha, that is the question. Who are they???
Chris Catalyst is his actual name
james simpson Thank you.
james simpson Chris May is his actual name Chris Catalyst is his stage name
What are they always passing out at the end? Guitar picks?
Yes, picks, drumsticks also maybe
general question, how much were these seats?
If I remember correctly about 38 euros. I got my ticket for 30 of off someone who's group fell ill.
And we thought it was pretty low for such a great show
@@lowbrowrodeo damn thats all it costed? i was expecting like 80 - 130 euros, thats amazing
