has your electric steering rack gone out on your 2010-2014 f150 ? save hundreds by simply replacing the belt located inside the rack its selt!! dont go spend $1200 plus on replacing the entire rack !!!
Failed while driving caused loss of control. Common problem. Everyone needs to file a complaint easily online with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration so they can force a recall.
that happened to me a few years ago when I was off roading and broke the Weak steering rack belt. bought a belt off eBay for $80, 2 years later it still working great.

Not one video shows it. Out of 116,240 f-150s built everyone will need a new rack and pinion which costs about $4000. Ford is the only one who can fix this not some hack selling belts on eBay 😆.
If you got the code then your rack is shot from inside and needs replaced. This must be a fix for when there is no code but the rack is locked. It'll eventually unlock but makes a horrible noise.

Dealer wanted to charge my son about 3k for the new part and he did it himself and now its just find. Saved lots of money.
