The gardens in home 5 are spectacular. But I never expected to see so much snow in Mississippi. Is that unusual?

Totally unusual. Jackson averages 1 inch of snow per year.

I have a question: on house number 6: it sits on 97 acres of land. So how does that size land affect the price of the house: in other words, if it sat on 1 acre of land, what would the real value of the house be? I can't imagine that many people would be in the market for that much property. Am I wrong?

It depends on the land. If it is highly sought-after land, it's going to have a high value/price. Couldn't guess on the price on 1 acre.

House 4 was just toooooo dated, and strange. The room with the collection of beer steins....wow! And the furnishings and heavy drapes. I think this is a case where it would sell more easily if it would be shown unfurnished.

This home is similar to a lot of the south's antebellum homes. Dated in one way to describe it.
