I am not a viking, I am a Jew, but for God's sake what cool food you guys have. Right now I am eating a splendid bowl of shakshuka that I prepared over the electric stove, and I imagine the heavenly tastes of this meal right now- but with the taste and texture of true Viking food. One day I hope to learn your culture's excellent form of cooking. Bravo, it looks tasty :)
Very nice video! Bear leaks is such an all oround ingridient, you can make all sorts of food with it from supp to pesto... Your videos are always fun to watch! Take care😊
Awesome video as always. All my kids are looking forward to trying this dish this Saturday. What is ramsons? Is it like leeks or is it the wild garlic? We are in America and I don't think that grows here. P.S.- My now six year old daughter walks around the house singing your introduction song. Thank you for teaching us to cook in this fashion.
Ramson is a sort of a wild garlic also known as bear leek. It grows in woodlands with moist soil, usually near rivers, so it is a good oportunty to take your children with you. You can use wild garlic instead of ramson. Little bit of leek spring onion and some garlic and you are good to go. We would like to hear your feedback. Also we are glad that your daughter likes our intro song😁🎵🎵🎵
Very delicious meal. We served ours with rabbit hind legs cooked in butter, rosemary, and garlic and browned in an iron skillet and then broiled in an oven for a short time.
