    In Poland we call it bear garlick. I brought some from my mom's garden and planted in the shady and wild part of my garden. I hope to have more of it next year!

    I get it in the woods near me ,I chop it last minute in buttered pasta parmesan grated cheese ,black pepper ,olive oil. Its perfect with eggs also. All my family eat it including the very young grandchildren.
    It's a super food and it's very important that people eat it .

    This is by far the most favorite wild plant of mine. But it’s called ramp or wild leek in the States. I’ve never heard it being called wiled garlic here. Based on the look, it seems to be Allium tricoccum. Wild garlic or field garlic in the States has much narrower leaves like grass that are flat and long. I know common names vary based on the location (even within the same country). It’s interesting to learn other common names across the globe. Keep up the good work!

      When I saw the leaves I said "oh, ramps!" Love them and they pop about the same time as morels around here! Now there's a yummy soup!

      It can be confusing. I am in California and I am sure that what I have in my garden is the wild garlic you mention. Looks like grass, tall, with white, bell-like flowers.

    I love the mystery of plants.& all their purposes.
    KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK..💯👍
    Here's the MYSTERY
    Ephesians chapter 3:3-11
    the MYSTERY of GOD ..
    CHRIST in YOU "
    3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the MYSTERY; (as I wrote afore in few words,
    4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the MYSTERY of CHRIST)
    5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the SPIRIT;
    6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in CHRIST by the GOSPEL:
    7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the GRACE of GOD given unto me by the effectual working of HIS power.
    8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this GRACE given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the UNSEARCHABLE RICHES of CHRIST;
    9 And to MAKE ALL men SEE what is the FELLOWSHIP of the MYSTERY, which from the beginning of the world hath been HID in GOD, who CREATED ALL things by JESUS Christ:
    10 To the intent that NOW unto the principalities and POWERS in HEAVENLY PLACES might be KNOWN by the CHURCH the manifold WISDOM of GOD,
    11 According to the ETERNAL PURPOSE which he purposed IN CHRIST JESUS our LORD..
    Colossians chapter 2:2
    2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of 'UNDERSTANDING, to the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
    OF the MYSTERY of GOD,
    and of the Father, and of CHRIST....
    Revelation 10:7
    King James Version
    7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the MYSTERY of GOD should be FINISHED, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
    Amen.
    Amen & amen...
