- PCT 24' day 7 - Wow, what a day. Closing in on Walker pass, I get a little of everything today. First I met a couple of wonderful people to hang out with and then we all had amazing trail magic with a pizza oven, soda, treats etc. Then if that wasn't enough, we got to go to an AMAZING trail angels home to spend a night in total luxury.
What a great day!

Thank you. Ya it was nice meeting up with Chap again. They went on ahead because I'm waiting on a package but we really enjoyed our time together. I'll be seeing them up trail. This really was a great hiking day.

Larry is a true trail angel !!! Keep your eye out for a red headed hiker naned "fireball". She has a great sense of humor and just happens to be a nurse! She doesn't vlog, but I would like to know how she is doi g if you run in to her. I also get muscle cramps (pickle juice helps, and mustard...). Pushing hard with less water and not eating... you already know... so glad for the trail magic and respite with Larry's trail magic. Please take care of yourself. 😊❤❤😊

I've heard fasting takes both fat and muscle but not sure that has anything to do with the spasms. Hope you figure it out soon. Hurrah for trail angels!
I figured it out. It was suggested I try something called LMNT. It works amazing. All spasms/cramps are gone. Cheers

Don’t know the timing of when your videos are uploaded but you and Road Runner and Lil Chap are all around the same area at the same time. Do you plan to connect even if just for a visit? Enjoying your videos !
