The resilience series along with the Three core concepts in Child Development series should be required viewing for all caregivers and stakeholders in a child's development.

The human being is susceptible to modify behaviors, characteristics and personality traits are very important however most qualities can be built from childhood, one of them is resilience being a very necessary virtue, some psychologists call tolerance to the frustration which teaches the child that there are uncontrollable situations in life that can happen and that we must all have the capacity to assume obstacles, face challenges to overcome them and recognize that life is surrounded by good and bad situations, for which it is important recognize the limitations that serve to try to turn them into opportunities to improve avoiding that they become restrictions for intellectual, emotional and social progress. In many cases we may have a perception that the results are not as expected or that the adverse situations of life are inevitable, however, it is necessary that these experiences serve to be strong and learn to identify the positive aspects of life that strengthen the attitude and provide motivation to move forward, being persevering in the pursuit of our purposes and guaranteeing success in reaching and realizing one's being.

I believe also that everyone that touches your life when you are growing up as a child is building some type of resilience whether it is good or bad. This is why you should be careful on how you treat people today. They could be young or old in some way or another we are touching their lives everyday.

Kids become strong like superheroes when they face real challenges, learning how to solve problems and never give up. Each challenge is like a puzzle piece that makes them even tougher!🙃

If you get a chance, read THE VEGETARIAN PANTHER by Dr. Beverly to your kids. It's a offers a great lesson on how kids can stand up for themselves and others.
