  • Here's my true to life size 737 windows for my sim. I put a lot of thought into the easiest way to construct them, so people can follow along. They turned out to be very quick to produce and very easy.

Friend, I'm impressed. Excellent job. For you to make all the cutouts in the MDF, what are the working measures of your CNC? Thank you for sharing your project with us.

That's an impressive stack of MDF you have. Really good video. That's the most tutorial like one you've done so far. And now go to the bathroom - you're dirty. 😋

Thank you Mickey, I get through a lot of MDF out here, as I do a lot of cnc projects for people. I like using it, easy to cut and shape. But the resulting saw dust is horrible! There's a clip in this video where I look like homer Simpson. I have a big clean ring around my mouth where the mask was.

@@helimech8152 Hello from Australia. Yep, watching as many videos as I can and telling friends. They are pleasant, music and graphics are great.
Have you thought about fiber glass molds and going industrial workshop. Bruni would be a great place to setup cost wise? Thank you so much for your reply Karl. Be safe in Bruni...
