Hello Michael, I too hope it all works out and looks good in the end. As you know, everything takes a long time, especially when filming it! There's nothing worse than filming a whole segment and for something to go wrong and to have to do it all again. However, I have become obsessed with the build and enjoy all aspects. I also have been following your build weekly, and it's great to see how you achieve the build. Awesome stuff as always. I have been putting the windows off for a while due to the complexity. I thought initially, I'd just copy my version one SIM, creating the windows frames from box section MDF as I don't have access to foam here. (very similiar to how you buikt yours) But that was way too complicated and time consuming getting all the angles to match perfectly. So this time I'm going to try something different. it could easily be a complete flop. Time will tell, Anyway, all the best, Karl
Hi Dale, Chuckle,! Secretly between you, me and the rest of TH-cam, there were times like, the sidewall quarter sills that took me 3 attempts to get right! I still remember the stress now just thinking about that part!
God, this thing will be a beauty. I'm looking forward to your window frames and if they will be as perfect as they are in your drawings.
