Not sure if this is what you're referring to but If I recall the thing with Hinano was, shortly after her first Apex stream, she got some comments/marshmellows telling her she wasn't as good as they were apparently led to believe even though she literally said she doesn't think of herself as that great. With Noah, it could potentially be a few things, but the main one I remember is someone basically accusing her of thinking the other members of vspo were "weak" because she would never play ranked with them but would with people outside their group who were known to be good at Apex. At least that's the gist I got from my poor attempt at translating it at the time so I could be wrong.

They literally together considered playing ranked during last tournament practice but didn't, because if i understood correctly they got to diamond 3 and started to get matched with way higher ranked people or sth. She's playing ranked with other people just because they want to, especially recently with Chii-chan because Chii-chan always wants to play ranked.
