Kenny’s favorite quote….. “The Tight End is open on every play.” He had a good one at Oakland .aka Dave Casper

Thanks for sharing Ken Stabler's grave. I remember him well. As a Ravens fan - awesome Perry you picked a great team - who doesn't like the Steelers, I'll say he didn't catch it either. I was for the Eagles in the Super Bowl and sad they lost. And I have a friend in Alabama that's a huge Alabama fan too. Roll Tide!!! ❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍

Unquestionably my favorite QB growing up 40+ years ago in So Cal when my school classmates were Rams fans. But not me. I can still remember them asking: "Why are you wearing a Raiders jacket???" Lol. I basically idolized Ken Stabler primarily because he threw left-handed as do I. Calm under pressure, no other player is synonymous with the 70's Raiders more than Stabler. Plus the coolness factor. He was the original clutch and field general of the 2 minute offense when the Raiders had to march 80 yards up the field. Can't think of any other QB linked to more famous games... '72 Immaculate Reception... '73 Sea of Hands... '77 Ghost to the Post... '78 Holy Roller. Even Bradshaw commented that he thought Stabler was better, their stats were very similar even though Terry has the edge in Super Bowl rings. A real shame Snake didn't get to enjoy the HOF induction but at least he made it in which was long overdue and well-deserved. Absolute legend.

I remember Stabler well as a kid. He was left handed and so am I, Thought that was super cool way back when. Plus something about the silver and black, I loved that also. RIP!!!! One of my favorites back in the day plus the Steel Curtain. Super bowl prediction- Chiefs 27- Philly17 although I'm pulling for Hurts.

Harris DID catch the ball, However the ball was first touched by Steeler WR Frenchie Fuqua, which would have only allowed Fuqua to advance the ball.. Once Harris caught the ball, the play should have been ruled dead at that spot, Steelers first down, click expired, game over, Raiders win.. The rules have since changed..
Tommy Bell the referee for the game can be seen going to the sidelines and speak on the phone after the play, prior to confirming the Harris touchdown.. There was no replay review at that time, Bell had nobody to call or talk to.. He spoke to stadium security and asked how many staff they had if he overturns the call on the field, security replied ZERO so Bell ruled touchdown..Raiders got jobbed..

Bradshaws throw hit Frenchy Fuquas helmet before the immaculate reception thus the play should’ve been ruled incomplete.

Actually you are incorrect. The ball it jack Tatum first. Thus the catch was legal. And, no, I’m not a Steelers fan.

I have to say Jason, I didn’t know this one but enjoyed hearing about Ken. My beloved Swans made the 2022 grand finals and then came out and played like 4 yr olds. We not only got a flogging but there was no excitement, it was so boring and all one sided. Watching that game, it was hard to believe it was actually the grand final. Biggest embarrassment ever 😬 Whatever happens, I hope nobody’s team ever plays a grand final like mine did. RIP Ken. ❤️Jodie 🇦🇺

It was a catch and yes I am a Steelers fan BUT it HAD to come off Jack Tatum because it would never have reached Franco (Who took it off his toes) if it had come off Fuqua the immaculate reception is just that.....immaculate.
