Mipha is actually a lot more okay with Zelda liking Link than you'd think. There's a memory or something where she is about to tell Zelda something that could help unlock her sealing power. She is however cut off by Calamity Ganon awakening. There is a theory that I heard that what she was going to tell Zelda was about being more open about her feelings for him.

@oh look a Lemon The English version had King Rhoam tell Link ta save his daughter Zelda from Calamity Ganon. In English, Urbosa told the Hero of the Wild ta really take good care of the princess AND Hyrule. So even when they's dead, they still cared. Link n' Zelda still live. The commoner and his princess survived the Great Calamity, the nap with 100 years, AND their final battle with the Scourge of Hyrule Castle. In French, Kass said that they'll rule together in peace. In the Gerudo Town, Link was asked if there was somebody he cared about. He was kinda embarrassed. Even if he didn't have ALL his memories, he kinda figured it out. He could be like, "Oh yeah, I 'member. Now it kinda makes sense." He was scared of the thought that he wasn't gonna save her. Paya said that she'd support their relationship in her diary. Zelda fell in love with Link, the commoner who became her knight, her bodyguard, her rescuer, AND the Cap'n of the Princess's Guard. She was in love with the commoner, not the Sheikah poet. He didn't wanna believe that Link--a knight who wasn't nobility or royalty--was ever gonna be the boy she loved. In the commoner, she found somebody she could relate to, somebody she could empathize with. Two childhood friends from different stations. Maybe, just maybe, he could be the first Link to become a prince consort or king (while havin' his humble origins as a commoner who wasn't nobility or royalty) with Zelda as his queen, his wifey, AND his love. Was he even married to the princess 100 years ago, or are they just waitin' fer the right time ta really start the marriage after stoppin' Ganondorf? The Master Sword, the shinin' arrows fired from the Bow of Light, Hylia's power, the Triforce's power bein' used by Zelda, AND their love beat Calamity Ganon. Them young kids turned 117 years old, but they still looked like teens 'cuz they was kept physically young by the stasis. That way, they'd be havin' the youthful energy they needed ta really stop Ganondorf, his anger, his hate, his rage, his malice, and his dark revenge from destroyin' the whole planet.

This, to me. Is the true ending of breath of the wild. I know Nintendo hasn’t confirmed whether or not they have romantic feelings towards each other, but seeing these two happy together, it shows that not everything in this world is terrible. I hope in BOTW 2 we at least get something like this. And to everyone who doesn’t believe that this is how it is,just look at the the memory we’re link saves Zelda from the Yiga,or kass saying that she only had eyes for her knight, or link writing that he wants to see her smile again. Things like that prove to me that they do have romantic feelings towards each other,you could call me Biased but that won’t change how I feel. Zelink is canon, fight me to the death.

He had his burdens as a commoner who was the son of a commoner who became a Royal Guard. They had a shared burden with stoppin' Demise's hate AND Calamity Ganon. Now they have a shared responsibility to take care o' their bidness with Ganondorf, save the Earth from darkness again by stoppin' the Dark King so he don't make it go bye-bye, AND rebuild the ruined kingdom. Let their marriage be one that's fer love. Link could go from a kid who was born as commoner to the newest prince consort or first king in many years (while havin' his humble roots). Zelda could be the queen with a commoner as her hubby.
