Let's see...I'm working on aerial, hear Zak say "I haven't taught anyone this way yet soooo...", and think "guess I'm a guinea pig in the near future" 😅
Here is a tip for people who are struggling with turning their aerial semi’s into Webster’s (this is for people who already have really good aerial semi’s). I tried turning my feet on take off towards the DOM but my leg still swung around the side (like a tricking aerial) so what I did to fix it was learn a running aerial (super easy with this tutorial: th-cam.com/video/TMgXYBQX3Qo/w-d-xo.html) and then I thought of doing the running aerial takeoff combined with the aerial semi and It turned into a Webster. I hope this helps someone who was in the same situation that I was in
how do you pull your chest up, is there a workaround way to pull your chest up? another question , does tucking help it easier or it's last progression to make it better? Thank you Zak!!
I literally JUST explained it on Facebook, so I will copy and past here. Let me know if yoy need more help with it, seriously. "ABS! But for real, the easiest way I could describe it, is that it should feel like the end of a kip up. Whenever I do it correctly, I don't really think of tucking. I Tuck, because I try to flip fast and look for a target again. Once I see the target, I start the pelvic thrust, arch, and "kip up" feeling. " I would say, start by tucking, then open up more and more as you gain power and awareness.
I always wonder about the patient aspect of waiting to flip in order to maximize the jump translating to height. Also keeping my back leg straight is always a bugger
For Aerial, it's less about patience, and more about power. If I don't kick and straighten, I don't get enough power. It's a huge problem for me on corks though. Double cork is not consistent for me because of my swing. I try to rush it. And it's not until I swing hard, but wait, that I can land it.
Probably man because it's the same feeling but harder. Send me some examples of your progression on insta @zf.tricks or I can't help much more than that :)

It could be a PLETHORA of things. Send me a video on IG or I can't tell you for certain. You could not be kicking enough, going fast enough, flipping enough before you open, have no kick, have no tuck etc.

Can you send a clip so I can see what you are doing wrong? You are probably holding back and need more speed, jump, or kick.
