I’m 90% certain Mrs. Decker was played by Virginia Gregg who was a friend of Jack Webbs and a very active radio performer. Later Webb used her on the Dragnet TV show many times in different characters clear up to the 1970’s.

Hank Decker was played by Jeff Chandler, who had a substantial career in radio before he was discovered by the movies.
