Nice transformation. I wanted a black ripper but only the Mike Buff was available at the time so I bought that. I've had it for a couple years now and have made some awesome changes. 10" rise bars, Shimano XT 11 speed drive train with an 11-51 cassette, and Grifters have transformed the bikes ride and comfort to be my favourite ride. I'll make a vid when I get around to it and link it in. You've done a nice chop and I love the forks

I know video 11mo ago. But just got my first fast ripper the black one that looks just like that. I like what you said about making it yours. Bought light, cup holder for coffee runs. And a phone mount. I was looking for a good cruiser bmx style bike. Hear good things about that bike. I’m excited to get back to cursing around. Not a tricks guy but i also was never a fan of mountain style bike or beach cruisers. I try a road bike and i was very uncomfortable with it. So to have a bmx style bike with gears and 29” wheels. Long rides gonna be a breeze.love your content! Keep it coming!!!

Cool man. Love the build. I have the pk ripper dj26 and i want to convert it to a 10 speed. Essentially the same outcome as you but with dirtjumper geometry. Fast Ripper is my 2nd fav bike 😊

@@bikelifegee yeah I heard that was the flaw of the MB Fast Ripper, they didn’t install the narrow wide like on the black sparkle. I guess they say the chain comes off when riding aggressively or jumping, I think.
