Wayne had the newspaper strip but was extra when he did a comic book. I marvel how Bender transfer to DC work from Fawcett and Captain Marvel.

I'd say that Wayne Boring was probably Superman's most iconic Golden Age artist and it's always a treat when he does a story in the Silver Age.
