Although he is utterly ridiculous and managed to get into the LoSH by a sheer fluke of good luck, Bouncing Boy has become my favourite. I just love his bouncing and how much he’s really into it regardless of the seriousness of any situation!
I hate to say this but we're getting close to the time when Bouncing Boy loses his powers. I know he'd eventually get them back but taking his powers away seemed like a really weird and random move.
That's actually a really good point and I hadn't thought of the villains of the DCU. At the same time, it really seems weird to put John Dillinger in the top 3 worst villains in history.

ultra boy has many powers but can only use one at a time. He can fly due to legion ring and another power.
yes, he has ultra-flight but it would make sense for him to have a flight belt (they use a belt during this era) since he only hs one power at a time
Alaktor apparently can't count. On the cover, he says there are 18 members. At this point, there were 20 members.
That is far from his biggest mistake in this story. Wait until part II.
