In English we definitely do the c'est pas moi, j'ai du nez and je ne sais pas hand gestures, potentially less often tho In fact I think the English are less expressive in general The one I used to see a lot is a spin on tappin' your head, instead you'd twirl your finger anti-clockwise to emulate «a person with a backwards mind»
