You do only need a handful of things to start a business but to do it right and to do it well so that it serves you and your goals, there are many foundations that need to be put in place. I am 16 year old girl and i want to be an enterpreneur i am dead serious about bulding my own business. I have watch many videos, read tons of books(over 200 books 😅) but all of them are vague and it just made me frustrated, because they never gave me all of it which just lead to more confusion. Wow, thank you! How very generous of you, sir! I’m a 59-year-old woman starting a flower farm and park focused on pollinator conservation, native wildflowers, heirloom flowers, and cut flowers. My mission is to bring to my rural community and nearby larger towns and cities (just 2 hours south-ish of Chicago) an agritourism experience that will enchant the senses, engage the mind and heart in pollinator conservation, and empower visitors to make positive and sustainable changes in their own environment and ecosystem. I have a lot of land to play with, so I may also grow some veggies and herbs. This is really my first year. Last year I dabbled, this year I went all in.
While my business is definitely education- and service-focused, I do have a very serious and personal reason for desperately needing to become successful asap. Long story omitted entirely, it’s truly a matter of life and death. I *must* be able to support my family. I’m facing overwhelming odds, but I know that I can do this.

I think that I have liked, subscribed and registered to the ground breaker academy and I am still in the first 9min...I'm 33, from Portugal with 2 co-founders, already developing our product/service to launch within next few weeks. Hungry to learn from this and make a marathon jump.
My business idea finishing the MVP product is a Uber-like app for hospitality, never ran a business, that's my first business attempt, I feel like it will be good. Iam launching my jewelry line in November. Iam watching all the tools I need to know now and study the business before I launch my jewelry business. Im touched. I’ve tried so many times to open businesses but always get stuck in the early stages… I’m so tired of it, of being the first in my family to try and fail so many times.. I've listened to many (really great) coaches out there. They are really good at marketing, sales, creating offers, etc.
But no one actually created such a great course about the basics. This one is a game-changer. I've never had that mindset of basic details.

Amazing training that was so down to earth and full of substance. I learnt more in this training than in a full time 12 week business plan training course! So much gold here - realising we all go about coming up with business ideas backwards takes away so much anxiety as once you've properly researched your market you know their problems intimately and that a percentage are definitely going to buy... Brilliant. I'd love to see what you can do in Part 2! Keep up the incredible service to the world

Still watching. It popped up one evening before I went to bed and watched some of it. I then got up automatically around 4am(not my usual wake up time) and watched the remainder taking notes. This is comprehensive, concepts that are 'universal' and therefore adaptable to any country or industry. The external business structure touching on local laws and regulations is something that many Small and Medium Enterprises do not pay attention to. Even the different business entity types. The Business Model Canvas is so important as an upfront exercise that SME's should spend time on. Thank you for a beautiful presentation.
