This thing has been out for a long time I couldn't find it on sale or a kit that was a good deal, until I found it on market place with a 18gage nailer and the 6 battery charger for $150 I have used it twice and it works great.
I think it's a decent competitor to the Milwaukee. It's definitely lower-priced, so if price is a major factor then the Ryobi will be a decent bet. The Ryobi never had any issues driving nails for me, it's just louder, has a longer ramp-up time, and a larger nailer than the Milwaukee. If price doesn't really matter, then I would go with the Milwaukee.
Got this recently off of Amazon, brand new in box. The nails that came in the box won't fire and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Any tips? When I test fire, the air and actuator leave a mark in the wood. The nails that came with it are ~1.5"? Thoughts? Tips?
Did you figure it out? If there is a mark in the wood then the gun is firing properly. First thing to check is that the pusher on the magazine is feeding the nails 2:40. Also, check if there is a nail jammed in either the magazine or the nose-piece 1:32. Last thing, make sure that you loaded the nails the right way, it is possible to load them backwards. When all else fails, read the instruction manual.
Just ordered one, and some 2.5" nails. Should be here tomorrow.

It's a solid tool!
I love ryobi, but they need to make a HP brushless range of nailers with near instant firing, just like the new HP 18ga nailer, that's near instant!
I bet a new generation will come sooner than later! Thanks for stopping by!
Bump fire
How does this compare to the Milwaukee 15 gauge finished nailer?

@@ToolsWithAdrius thx for responding although not my question. Today 12/22 can find ryobi for$165 and milwaukee$300
@@masterkilla77 I think you'll be very happy with either one! The cost savings on the Ryobi are very nice
Camera focus tip, if possible set the focus to infinity ♾️ mode
Appreciate it!
what 2 1/2" nails work well with this?
Yes!

Are you sure you have the correct angled nails?
I found some ~2” in nails and those work! The nails that came with the nailer ~1.5” were not working. So all is well now. Thanks!!!
