Always thought it sounded very rocket queen-ish, could almost be a g n r tune(especially the main riff)-still love these guys, much better live at the time than the bloated Guns(ritz ‘87-88 era, maybe not)-their lead harmonies really set them apart, Layne WAS great live-saw him at lollapollooza and he jumped in the pit during Man in the box. He was surfing and still singing in top form, you could hear him grunt and trail off as he did it, so it was definitely live, not a lip sync. We saw Danzig the night after and we kept yelling for Glenn to jump in the pit like Layne, needless to say-he didnt.
