Beautiful! When you say you've had this non descript pain, do you mean prior to this experience or during? Can you say more about that and the centers opening?
Yes, I had the pain prior to the experience Hailey. As I've continued to surrender and open my heart I sensed myself 'waking up' in different timelines (multi-dimensional lives) & sensing in pain in my body as my energy returns for integration. The process created a new vibrationary state here in 3D and everything that I had not cleared in those timelines had to be released from the body. It has been a deep healing process of releasing from cell memory. I am experiencing the coherent frequencies come in and re-pattern all that does not serve my journey going forward & re-align energy centres as the process unfolds on the journey to 5D. Part of my journey has been a process of healing autoimmune disease. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis back in 2010, in 2015, I came across Dr Joe's work & within 6 months came off all medications for it. Best of luck on your path :)

I’ve done the Blessings Of the energy centers So so many times along with other J.D meditation’s and I’ve never felt a thing or seen anything. I’d like to know what people r doing, feeling and thinking during their meditations to get to this point
