Can relate to this experience as had similar relating to my father and younger self then older versions of myself in 5 film sequences ending with white light that cured a left shoulder pain the hospitals couldn’t fix - this experience and synchronicity led me to a dr joe event and continued happiness and understanding, thank goodness.

I love this Jen you had inner child healing! I too cried listening to this! My girls grew up riding and showing ponies n horses... So awesome to hear your story! And I'm so happy for ur transformation! I was just watching this hoping to find something to help a friend out, and it was struck by how similar our stories are. I experienced a sudden shift in perspective on my 40th birthday. Everything I viewed as negative or struggle my whole life suddenly shone in a positive light. So when I discovered a guided meditation that walked u back to ur past self and was able to reassure her that everything turns out and she does finally get to the place she always hoped for, it was powerful for me. and naturally it led to me wanting to sit with my future self and allow her to comfort me as well, in the knowledge that I do accomplish everything im currently striving for! So I love that u mentioned this too!! It is the most powerful thing I've ever come acrossed. And bc I also see 444 everywhere, it has just become my number so I've made a goal to achieve 444k a year by my 44th birthday!! 🤗🥳

Loving oneself at every age retrospectively has huge psychological and healing benefits, even one's future self. I did the same thing and it helped me enormously. Gratitude is a shift toward wisdom.
