They probably moved the instrument down there for the acoustics -- hard surfaces, an inner corner for early returns and lots of space to sustain the sound. It might not have sounded so good in an ordinary museum room.

Beautifully played. Im curious as to the constant hesitation before every strong beat in the Allemande? You dont do that in other movements. Its not something Id do, but regardless, the playing is lovely.
