This song helped me overcome so much trauma in my life. After my nanna and my mum passed away, it helped me through a lot of grief too. Whenever I was feeling depressed I would play this song on repeat to remind myself of how far I have come and to keep going. To this day, it is still my favourite song. I love it so much, and now it is my power song showing how I've come out the other side through it all. I wouldn't say she's underrated. This album was a top 10 success in the uk, and a no.1 in the US. She could be doing better yes but she's still making achievements. Not every album is going to be a multi million seller.

I remember just a few months back when she released this song before the album had came out and I heard it for the first time, I was on the city bus heading back home and I basically cried in public. lol I just loved hearing everything she did 2:40-3:50. I"ve always known she could sing high like that so when she finally did it and in a song that I loved immediately I just died! and yet she gave me life back at the same time, Kelly's music and voice NEVER disappoints. She's so incredible. She'll forever remain on my top list of powerful voices.

I feel trapped in a situation I'd just love to free myself from. I'm worth far more then any of the crap I put myself through with others. Self love, self worth & self respect.. And working on my codependenancy. Been in recovery for a long time. Breaking the chains of abusive cycles.
