Kicking off a new VLOG Series, Jared Lintner and Cody Meyer head out on Lake Otisco in New York and catch a pile of bass using old school Texas-rigged worms. Starting off with a bonus Muskey, the duo pitch and flip deep grass and talk about the differences and versatility of Texas-rigs. While putting their Daiwa Rods and Reels to the test, Jared and Cody show anglers how they can catch fish with simple Texas-rigs at any time of the year no matter what part of the country you're in, unless it's underneath the ice. Make sure to keep it locked in to the Tackle Warehouse TH-cam channel to get more exclusive content, firsthand angler insight, and the best products at the best prices.

Been a HUGE fan of Cody Meyer ever since he was in FLW. He gave my buddy one of his signed jerseys. He has done ver well on my home lake Beaver lake in AR.
You 2 have been the perfect compliment of each other fishing together in your Vlogs! By the way Mr Lintner you have no idea how hard it is to catch 1 of those beautiful tiger muskys from Otisco!
Surely are blessed to catch that dinosaur. Hopefully you 2 together with Cory in the boat get to fish our beautiful Upstate N.Y. waters. Lots of gorgeous N.Y. great lakes to choose from. Surely need to check out the Buffalo harbor area and Onieda for those great smallies and largemouth in your travels together. Hopefully you 2 will pair up more to show us all the new products from tacklewarehouse!
Grew up fishing those NY lakes, brings back so many memories fishing with my dad. Never knew what species you would catch. Such good fisheries.
Thanks for watching!

Thank you for watching!
Excellent video
Thank you for watching!
I put my thumbs in the corner of a 35"-40" musky thinking I could lift him up and he cut my thumbs open real quick. Haha. Lesson learned. Don't stick hands where teeth are!
Somehow feels wrong that as a native Texan I don't fish texas rigs very often
good job
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Need some electronics so I can find that deep grass. Any way to do it with no electronics? I get the idea of dragging a lure, but then I have to drag the whole lake potentially to look for the grass return on lure
Try using some polarized sunglasses so you can see deeper into the water. Focus your efforts targeting shallow areas where vegetation is more likely to be growing.
