Finally after two year wait the German renaissance fair called Flachsmarkt in Krefeld Burg Linn is back In full swing it’s a three day event thousands of people come to see what kind of trades Unique professions And what kind of different talents people have for the art community lots of things to see ,eat and to experience. You have to see it to believe it you can see people do artery knight fight and old crafts People used to do hundreds of years ago
Great tour, your lucky to still have familly and friends there, Me I left in the 50s, great to see people without there cell phones screwed to there face,

The chicken and bird sculptures were great. I absolutely loved the birds. It's good that people are not so phone obsessed. So nice that you get to spend time with your friends. I would have dressed up!

When you want to see real old German Cities, i got a real Hint for you: Visit "Rothenburg ob der Tauber" and "Marburg an der Lahn".

Love watching you have fun back home! If you ever come to NYC in the summer/fall, it’s worth taking a train, bus, or driving to the NY State Renaissance Fair that is held on weekends. It’s a lot of fun too! Interesting crafts, food, and shows. The jousting on horses is super fun to watch!
Having grown up going to the Renaissance Pleasure Faire of SoCal at Agoura Hills in the early 1970s, it was interesting to see the German version.

This is great. We had these at Marshall Space Flight Center/Redstone Arsenal where I worked in Alabama. There are a lot of Germans there that settled in after WWII. They taught us how to build Rockets and such.

That was quite the fun time and it was nice to see how the Renaissance fair was in Germany and I was glad you both had a great time now out here in SoCal years ago I went to the Renaissance fair and it was also fun and two things I remember is the way they dressed and the food like the huge Turkey legs and huge ribs also the day I went it was so hot people were passing out in the parking lot so thanks again it really looked like everybody out there was having a great time and that’s how it should be now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you GIV and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you also please be safe out there peace ☮️ out ✌️

Mike there used to be cigarette vending machines in the US. Well in California I know for sure they were at bowling alley’s and bars and stuff but I think there were problems with minors easily buying them and I’m pretty sure they pretty much banned them.
