    Just a few comments:
    - Firstly, I think it's great that you're recognizing the need to slow it down as you continue to grow yourself as an entrepreneur.
    - Secondly, I wouldn't take too long on it, but with spring around the corner it wouldn't be a bad idea to hire a entry-level helper to ride along with you and learn the basics to detailing. Especially if your brother is helping you with the other side of the operation and can hold that side down. That allows you to scale your staff at your pace and train them to your processes and your standards.
    - Thirdly, I notice that you have your earbuds in a lot of your videos. Two books that I read that really gave me a brand new outlook on running a business are The Entrepreneurial Leap by Gino Wickman and Atomic Habits by James Clear. They should be available as an audiobook. They really give the entrepreneur a new outlook on how to view their business. Just food for thought...

I don’t mist. I use the ik foam pump sprayer to get the wheels foamed up. It’s easy and saves your hands from cramping up and carpal tunnel issues

I use a pump sprayer to reduce waste of energy…. At any stage of business the concept of leverage might be a study worthy of pursuit. Every time we get back up failure learns a valuable lesson. Thank you for the video

I usually will mist it if I'm going to agitate with a wheel brush but if I'm using acid I like to make sure to use a little bit more to get a even coverage on all of the rim use a mitt on the face let it dwell and pressure wash away perfectly clean!

I just got a location to put a car wash so I think it would be cheaper to have spots versus adding vehicles. That note plus insurance is higher than you have an employee and some basic inventory

Good video! Yea I have a smoke shop we been open for 10 yrs almost. After the first year we got an accountant. Way easier, they do everything just give them your monthly reciepts and hrs for employees and theyll do payroll. Theres alot of state local, and fed stuff that you dont even think about nor wont know about unless you take a class. For the 150 bucks a month to not worry about all of that stuff is way easier in my opinion.. Just my 2 cents, Keep grindin bro!!

As businesses grow, complexity comes with it. Just find a hire bookkeeping/payroll company and keep running. While it may seem like "hiring someone to do this will cut into my profits"... how much is having 2 empty vans and losing 2 vans worth of potential customers cutting into the profits you could be making. Taxes and payroll are very specialized. Hire an expert.

CEU classes imagine having an employee that knew he was working for you to be able to start or partnership status for instance, you tell the peeps at hiring what you want to do for them, and get them to be certified in the business, keep them learning and hungry not just an robotic convenience for the company or boss man, yeah it's nice to be having money coming in and having employees, but eventually it comes down to them not feeling like an helper but more like an paid slave, you know when your an worker for convenience , the boss man uses you for dumb jobs or has you do jobs he knows aren't worth his time/ tells you how to deal with the customer but it's something he should be dealing with, wants to do it and get paid knowing it's going to be difficult if you then you know. Biggie is boss doesn't train you right or is an huge hypocrite on his jobs.bosses who can't help you on jobs or find time for you do keep doing more for their benefit, not to really see business growth or even seeing an promotion or bonuses, because at the end of the day, your an owner it comes down to you to work for your business, employees want to work to help the business more than make money for the owner, boss man has nice house/car and makes sure he is straight far as company tools and trucks but you have the employees lacking/ old broken equipment, not saying all employees are the best at caring for company tools, etc. But at least your growing personally, and business wise as well. Love the depth of information, education and help on this channel.

Im kinda in the same boat as you brother....I just moved into a shop, but I still have mobile clients. I have an opportunity to buy a van from a friend, which reduce my $500+/mo in fuel for my current truck... but, would be adding a loan payment, not sure if im taking to much on or not. Debt is a scary things since im debt free right now. Im curious if you decided what your doing and what you would say to my situation as well?

Detailing cars is personal. You can only scale so much. If I hire Hunter then I want Hunter to detail my car, not a hired employee who doesn’t have the knowledge or attention to detail like he does. It’s cool to want to grow but calm down bro

I agree. Use helpers to get more cars/ clients. Pay a GOOD HELPER WELL.
The reason to have more clients is simply so every extra car you get to with a helper, is another possible repeat customer.
