When tapping holes in thick metal, I like to use a bigger drill bit and just not drill it all the way to just thin the metal and then tap it. Makes it so much easier
Paused a 48 seconds in... (so like 3 or 4 refrences to previous videos in...) imagine this being the very first video I've even seen from the channel... like I never even knew it existed until just now... lol. I've been a Sparky since the 90s, I've been on TH-cam since it was a dating site before it was ever owned by Google... and yet this is the algorithms first attempt at showing me your channel. So maybe just maybe as crazy as it sounds, consider that some of your audience is new to your channel and doesn't know about previous videos yet. I know right, it's crazy to think that your channel is still growing. (Don't worry, I'm just giving you a hard time, I can easily go back an watch older vids if I really want to, lol. Just thought I'd mess with ya and make you think _'awe crap, I got one of those pedantic af viewers'... lol. Whatch out I might try to act like one of those code-nerds who tries to apply code without context and never actually sites the code it's self, just to mess with you too. It's my brand of humor. I'm really just making fun of these types that you find on the internet.) You know, like the guys who ramble on about nothing creating long-ass comments that don't mean anything really... (hint, hint... this is a jab at them too.)
ALWAYS use cutting oil!! Cut no more than 3/4 turn, back out to clear the chips, then cut another 3/4 turn, repeat. You'll rarely break a tap if you do it that way.
Man wire pulls and underground services are my favorite but I hate pulling cat6 and fiber. Really liking your content bro. Keep it up
