@@user-xn2hf9re8r Marc and his friend Ryan climbed a mountain together in Juneau, Alaska. Though it is uncertain how exactly they both died, the most reasonable guess is that they were struck by an avalanche due to poor weather conditions. Their gear was found but their bodies were never recovered. Marc was an exceptional climber. Hearing that his life was cut short like that was very tragic. RIP Marc Andre Leclerc and Ryan Johnson.

It's wonderful to see Marc Andre captured on video. I could watch videos of him climbing all day. Such a shame he's no longer here in the physical realm.

This is awesome! To bad they lost a pack. Also super Sad that Alaskan search & resuce didn't and still haven't found Andre or Ryan's bodies yet. They found some of the gear they had but not them.
    RiP lads

Jaja, Saludos

o.k. I love this vid cuz it really shows what Patagonia is like ( the bambu is not native - there is a native pine that is slow growing & is being choked out by the bambu) but really - tabano is wasp - so just look out - horses r the easiest way 2 get around & my son when he was 5 rafted those waters. He also rode those pony's up & back in a mudslide w/o a lead rope & a Tyrolean is a tyrolean - if u r unsure - why carry a 20 kilo pack? & to say that gauchos r primative cuz they have skills is ridiculous. Why should they remember some unskilled fool who shows up every 5 years w/ fancy gear? & all pitches n Argentina start out problematic - end problematic but have real smooth multi-pitches n the middle. Argentinian climbers just do it - they don't look 4 problems where there r none - they r not there 4 adventure - they r there cuz it's what they do.Why not go local? I know an 18 yr old girl who could scool in cool on these guys
