    Dancers muscles seem to be different from the girl lifters muscles.

    Nice workout But Not comfortable. Top many exercise Side by side... Should Better alternate to have less contractions

      Hi Maria, what do you mean by that? That I dont give enough motifications? This workout is quite advanced, designed specifically for dancers who want to get stronger.

      @@TatianaRooney no, dear... Simply, there's a Long sequence (or two, maybe) where Legs Work top much and for people whom had OP or in anyway a Little bit of stop, Thies can Bring contractions on legs' muscles. Thank you for your kindness.
