    Abs, Back, and glutes (along with stretching) are what we love most on your channel, so I was glad to see you combined them! Great video, I'll definitely do it again! Your older "One Song Back" routine has fixed my sore back more than a few times! We're a lot older than you but we're aware that as we lose muscle strength in our back and glutes in our 50's, this is when the back, nerve, and hip problems show up, so keeping these areas strong is so important! Your back is so strong, amazing how far you can arch your back, and we're not close to that, but it definitely shows what's possible! We do😀 two of your abs workouts everyday, but leave the dancing to you, you are very talented as a dancer too, thanks so much for your channel Tatiana, it is our favorite!
