Castor oil has definitely improved the quality of my skin at 61 and it really does strengthen and grow eyelashes as my daughter and I can confirm. My brother has had pain relief from massaging it into his knees, my eye floaters have broken down by regularly applying a slither across my eyelids, my nails have grown rapidly through massaging it into my hands and my daughter's fungal infection across her back totally disappeared overnight after ONE application (and we'd struggled to get rid of that)....it's great for razor burn after shaving legs etc and for men can treat barber's itch....I see it as a miracle oil and I usually buy 250ml organic hexane free in a brown glass bottle....that criteria is essential. I'd highly recommend it, however pregnant ladies are warned not to use it as it can induce contractions. For most other people I think it's truly wonderful.

I worked a manufacturing job for many years that was very hard on my hands, the muscles and tendons would ache at night. My doctor told me to rub castor oil on them at night and it worked to relieve the aches and pains from my job.

I'm pouring it onto my liver pack as I watch. Recently discovered this little miracle and I'm in love. Less than 2 weeks in and using liver pack nightly and pain in my liver has gone, swelling in legs reduced, bowel movements regularised (is that a word?). I bust my knee a few years ago - slammed it into the corner of the table. I frequently have tremendous pain in that knee and the other night I decided to rub a bit of castor oil on it. IMMEDIATELY the pain disappeared. I was shocked. I've also applied it to my hair once and my hair has been soooo soft since which is just a non-occurence for me. I'm also using it on my eyelashes and eyebrows nightly and we'll see how that goes. I bought a hormonal balance kit from queen of the thrones which has liver pack, pelvic pack, thyroid pack and breast pads. It's expensive but, with a liver under pressure from meds I'm on long term, if it helps my liver and saves me from dialysis or going on a list for a transplant then it's well worth it. And only ever, ever buy organic, cold pressed hexane free in a brown bottle.

I have been using castor oil for a few months and love the benefits. I put drops of it in my body lotion. I use it in face cream or straight on my face. Its has helped even out my skin tone and best of all ,the little white (milia ?) near my eyes are gone. One was so close to my eye I didnt dare have my derm touch it.
Bonus, if you are not regular, put it in and around your belly button at night. Apply in a circular motion and the next morning.....well you know.. You're welcome :)

The only part where I very is when it comes to medical intervention. I chose to use Eastern and Western methods. However, I wish more people sought out natural approaches when it comes to food, hygiene, and things along those lines. I think we would be in a far better place.

I did the 30-day castor oil challenge last month. First half went great. Smooth skin (I’m 51 with loads of scarring from acne and microneedling) and a great glow. During the second half of the month loads of little bumps and uneven skin. I now mix it in with my moisteriser with a squirt of snail mucin and two sprays of my rosewater/glycerine mix. Much better this way.

    • @bluecurlygirl
      @bluecurlygirl หลายเดือนก่อน

100% agree with this. Do NOT buy any castor oil that's in a plastic bottle. Castor oil will leech some of the toxins from the plastic and that's the last thing anyone wants in their body.

@@waterballoonfighter- Because the plastic (even BPA free plastic) leaches into the oil, so synthetic estrogens (carcinogens) end up entering the body. Castor oil is potent and it breaks down whatever it’s contained in, if what it’s contained in is easily broken down. Glass is imperative and the Queen of the Thrones brand is the only third party tested oil. You get what you pay for. The results are incredible when you use a high quality castor oil. I’ve been using it for roughly a year and I’ll be 49 in October.

Thank you so much for doing this video Rob! Ive been using castor oil now for about three weeks. Like you I add it to my moisturizer at night and it works perfectly like that. I also rub some onto eyebrows and eyelashes. From what I read, its important to buy the hexane free one and in a dark glass bottle. Dont buy it in a plastic bottle as apparently the castor oil leaches stuff out of the plastic.
Since Ive been using it Ive noticed my skin isnt as dry as it used to be and it just generally looks better. Ive also been applying it neat on my arms each night and its definitely lightening sun spots! Like others have said, I had read that its good for joint pain so I tried rubbing some on my knee a few nights ago and it has definitely helped.
As you said in the video though, I feel its being overhyped by influencers as a wonder oil that will solve all our problems. Like all things, they can only be absorbed so far into the skin so attributing castor oil to the disappearance of gallstones and kidney stones I feel is going a bit far lol.
Have a great day Rob x

Good for eyes and I think it has reduced some sebaceous filaments on my nose and my neck looks much smoother and hydrated. Less is more and I don’t use too much but enjoying it.

This video is a treasure trove of info, indeed! I've been experimenting with red light therapy for my skin, specifically targeting wrinkles and overall complexion. I used a panel from Future Form Official, which my dermatologist recommended. The results have been remarkable-my skin looks more vibrant, and those pesky fine lines around my eyes and mouth have noticeably softened. The panel is very affordably priced, making it accessible for consistent use.
There's a lot of scientific research backing red light therapy, and experiencing the benefits firsthand has been quite affirming.

Now I use it during the day at a smaller dose mixing with aloe vera gel . It is especially good around the eyes and on the lips . I use only organic cold pressed one preferably stores in a dark glass bottle . There is a vase improvement in the moisture & texture of my complexion . I also massage it on the back of my hand . I rub a little on my eye lid and I noticed last night that after applying for two months I can actually see crisper when I’m driving at night! I also rub into the skin on my stomach and in my belly button and my tummy so much flatter and less bloated.🎉❤ seriously this stuff is an anti inflammatory that works amazingly on everything. I could go on and on… rub it on the legs for swelling, on the flappy under arm area for toning, take a sip in the morning for internal circulation and regulate your number 2 cycle.. 😊 it’s awesome!!😎 😊 make sure you get the rite one🎉❤ enjoy!!!!

When I was younger I used it on my lashes and it did have an impact on them, also I do like to apply it as a hair mask, it leaves my hair softer(but so does flaxseed oil). I do not use it on my skin though, I had an oil cleanser that had it as the base oil and it was ok. I am weary about applying it on my skin as it is thick(hard to take it out of hair also this is why you should mix it with a lighter oil). It does have benefits, but nothing is miraculous.

Hi Rob! Pleased to see you are covering the topoc. I have recently jumped on the Castor Oil wagon too, I use it for packs on my liver and I think it helps my health and digestion. I also use it as a moisturizer for my feet as it soaks in surprisingly quickly but have been afraid to use on my face as it is very thick, but will do my own 30 day experiment. Thank You for your amazing content as always!

they use castor oil as an ingredient in the prescription called Restasis which is for dry eyes. I know I use to have it and that was one of the ingredients. Right now I am using a shampoo with Jamacian Black Castor Oil so far nothing. So I take all of this with a grain of salt just like with all the other so called wonder ingredients.

For me, I noticed the biggest change in my neck. I am 62, have wrinkles and tisssue paper crepiness on my neck. In a couple days the crepe texture was gone. I like Castor Oil, I started using Organic Jamaican Castor Oil, Hexine free, in January, I don’t know why. It’s good for my eyes, and helps with my wrinkles. This year has been extremely hard, my parents both went into hospice, my mom died, my dad is dying. I had no wrinkles in my forehead or most of my face. Stress has given me deep wrinkles in my forehead and face, I mix my castor oil with Cera Ve, also with my syrums, I am so grateful for how Castor Oil is best mixed with moisturizer, always. I use it judiciously in the morning and much heavier at night.

Yes, love castor oil, it got rid of my fungal acne. It surprised me that it worked too. I’ve never heard that it helps I was using for hand pain and figured I’d try it on face and glad I did. I tried everything to battle the fungal break outs only thing before Castro oil that helped was sulfur. I battled it for over 5 years off and on red itchy and painful patches of pimples on chin area came every 3 months or so.
All I do now is rub Castro oil on my face only like once a month yes thats it. I have great results using a week before my period. Greatly reduced hormonal acne too. I just massage in skin and that’s it I have not had fungal acne break out in a year it’s amazing . I should use it more but it’s been working . I just bought 💯 Castro oil in glass dark bottle I got a big bottle it last for a long time if just using on face and hands .

It wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. My skin loves rosehip sees and sea buckthorn. They make my skin aoooo glowing and helps with dryness from tret. Castor oil don’t feel like it sank in; if felt heavy on my skin. It also caused more facial hair ( which as a girl with pcos this is not ideal).

But eye brows better with derma rolling to create channels for hair to grow. Or at least that’s how I think it works. But DO NOT PUT IT ON RIGHT AFTER ROLLING. Interesting. I'm going to check incidecoder and see if there are other TO products that obtain castor oil. Thank you

I think castor oil on its own is way too strong, but diluted with another oil, I can see myself using it again.

I mix it with jojoba oil and can tolerate it better that way. I've heard almond and coconut oils works well as carrier oils with castor oil, too.

    Not sure about your LINK!!!
You might want to double check it again. It takes me to a page that doesn't exist. It doesn't show the product. Thanks for the advice. I'll definitely research more into Castor Oil. I'm using advice from comments below/above.

I never used it on my face, but I have for my hair. It didn’t help with any growth or anything, but I noticed my dandruff went away😂
