Do NOT order Lavna smart lock product. Period. I am not sure of the product quality but their customer service is literally non-existant. It’s the worst I have ever experienced from any company. I have been trying to arrange the lock installation for the last 10 days and each day they provide a new reason not to arrange for installation. I am vexed and fed-up with their service. The worst part is the service person by name Aman started raising his voice against the customer and stated that he does not have time to service my requests. I don’t recommend this product to anyone, specially given their service is down right atrocious.
