I tried to turn the lock volume it said operation failed then when I switched it off it said operation successful. Now that I want the volume back on again it keeps saying operation failed. The ttlock app is chinese. How do I control the volume now.

What are the minimum and maximum door thickness supported for L-A28 and L-A24 Models?
As per their Amazon listing 30mm is minimum. Maximum is unknown

No it will not fit in 2 inch gap , to install LA28 gap require between main door and safety door is 3 inch.

Better to have wifi unlocking, no logic to be around for using this app
Bluetooth cannot detect the lock. I strongly don’t recommend this lock to everyone.
