@@olivka7560 I am not an L&D professional who would usually create leadership development programs. I have seen so many and rolled out many in my departments. They tend to be similar to MBA course but like a crash course. It is all about problem solving, critical thinking, how to set up a strategy, design thinking, vision, blu sky thinking and of course leading others, understanding your leadership and working style, how to adapt it and work with others who are different to you effectively. I am sure you can find some examples online and if I come across something I will let you know. Is this something you need to create or contribute to as someone else is developing it?
@@SanjaWilliams Thank you. I am creating a strategy so it is bit different, as need to make sure that skills I develop are the ones leaders need. So it is mostly strategy for leaders’ development and a program to be a part of it. Overall, what is a strategy for growing leaders, what skills we need to grow.
@@olivka7560 I see. You need a leadership competency framework then first. This is what you would assess them against when you interview for roles. And also develop a program that compliments it and develop these competencies. Am I right?
