I think shanks is more likely to be angry about his eye than his arm. I feel like if anyone mentioned his arm he'd just laugh it off and say he was careless. But I feel like his eye scar is much more personal as it was done by a rival pirate who he Is obviously threatened by

Replying to Ant Facts: I don't disagree that the insects and spiders from back in the dino days would be the unsung killers time travelers would face, but I doubt it would be because of the venom for most species. I'd put more money on the bacteria and diseases they're carrying that our immune systems would have no protection against. About Murakumogiri: I know it's a respect to Whitebeard who used it for so long, but as a meito (and one of the 12 strongest ones at that) I can't help but feel it's disrespectful to the blade to just leave it there exposed to the elements where it can just get rusty and eventually break.

Just a heads up, Kaido's Kanabo is not cracked. It was actually just the lightning when a conquerors haki coated attack strikes something. For whatever reason it was shaded with extra white lightning strips instead of just the black we normally see, you can see multiple other lightning cracks around the Kanabo when it strikes Kin'emon.

I went back and looked, and it is not cracked. If you look closer you can see it's a streak of white lightning, that stretches from the kanabo and all the way past the left side of Kaido's face. It can be hard to follow, when it is over Kaido's torso, so the mistake is understandable. But take another look at it, specifically Kaido's hair on his left side and on his tattoos, it you look closely you can see it too.
Roger's sword was a katana with the handguard of a saber (similar to a kyu-gunto), Shanks's sword is a saber and Rayleigh's sword sometimes looks like a saber and sometimes looks some kind of long sword or even a rapier.

It would be sick if during the final battle at laughtale, Blackbeard draws his “new and improved” wolverine claws out that are (theoretically) tipped with sea stone. At some point during the fight against him and luffy, he ends up giving him a scar on his eye similarly to what he did to shanks all that time ago and it either ends up blinding luffy in the scratched eye or just mutilating it so bad that he (after the story) is forced to wear an eyepatch.
3:00 I just thought of something. Look at Blackbeard's claw weapon, shouldn't the scars on Skanks' face be much more prominent and spread apart? They should literally take up the whole width of his face if the vertical scars were spread out properly. The way the scar is situated it looks more like Blackbeard attacked him with a dinner fork.
