Is not just São Paulo, there is japanese communities in all of Brazil. And the japanese culture, food and etc is one of the most assimilated as also part of the brazilian culture there is. For example, most rodízeos of churrascarias will have a section just for japanese food. In Europe when I want some ingredients to cook Brazilian food I need to go to African and Asian markets lol. I found out that we assembled so much from cultures from those two continents and I had no idea of how much.
"If you're in São Paulo on the 7th (Thursday), I recommend going to the IPIRANGA MUSEUM. On that day, admission will be free (visit the upper terrace), you can stroll through the gardens, the park behind the museum, and try street food in front of it." Welcome and enjoy!

Thanks again for presenting São Paulo in this way. Do we have problems? Yes, but we also have good things that outweigh. The way you show each place is phenomenal. You should be the ambassadors of São Paulo to show the world how wonderful it is here.... A tip I was going to give... Livraria Cultura and the Blue Note Brunch, both at the Conjunto Nacional on Avenida Paulista....
We've been loving every minute of our time here in beautiful São Paulo 🥺 never want to leaveeee haha.. thank you so much for joining us on our journey ❤️❤️
Really enjoyed this guys 🎉 you two are very sweet and a lovely couple and now I have your whole back catalogue of vlogs and travel experiences to watch ❤ thanks 👍👍👍 can't wait to visit Brazil 🌴🌞🇧🇷
I loved the video. You are great presenters! Indeed, Brazil is an incredible country. Each region has its own charm. I am from São Paulo. I'm glad you liked it. It's a fantastic city.
Please stay longer and get to know all the states of Brazil will love and see that Brazil has its own identity but all states have a unique and different culture, and Brazil as a whole also has a little piece of each country in the world whether in culinary or culture or art neighborhoods you will love.
Vídeos muito bem editados e ótimas escolhas das músicas de fundo. Preciso passear mais por São Paulo, moro na cidade a vida toda e faz muito tempo que não vou a museus, ao Ibirapuera ou simplesmente andar por aí.
I was lost in the yt and found you guys having an amazing time in my country and it is so overwhelmed. Alread love you guys, looking forward to meet you someday around the world. ❤
Your channel is amazing! To me, it looks like you're having a great time in my hometown. Have a great time in the most beautiful, amazing and charming ugly city in the southern hemisphere.
I just found your channel, and I'm so happy you went to Liberdade. it's my favorite place in São Paulo. Brazil has a lot of immigrants, and one of the coolest things is how everything gets incorporated in brazilian culture - specially food. sushi is huge in Brazil, you can find sushi restaurants even in small towns. and we have a lot of things pastel, one of our huge national dishes, comes from the chinese immigrants. kibbeh and sfiha, from Lebanon and Syria, are found everywhere alongside our national coxinha and pão de queijo. our strogonoff is completely different from the original russian one, and now considered a brazilian dish. and pizza and pasta are everyday foods here (in São Paulo we have a huge italian descent community too). I hope you have a chance to try some things. sometimes travellers wants to try only the "brazilian" foods, but most of the food that we really eat is not the ones from Figueira Rubaiyat and Tordesilhas. if you have the chance, please go to a rodízio de pizza (all you can eat pizza) in São Paulo. Bráz is one of the best ones. all you can eat sushi is pretty awesome too, and you can find really good ones in all major cities. excited to keep following your adventures here (and watch all of the old videos too ❤ )
In SP is good Go to Museu do Ipiranga, Galeria do Rock, Paulista Avenue in weekend, day or night, CTN, Bairro da Liberdade (Japoneses comunity). In Praça Por do Sol you already know.. is great stuff! A Lot of Nice things to Go and do at São Paulo!
Even though I'm brazilian, I've never actually been to São Paulo or Salvador before . I did go to Rio when I was younger but never got to experience what you guys did. It's been months since you guys posted these videos, but I'm just now watching them. Thank you for sharing the experience with so many people, I'm very happy to see people appreciating other cultures. As for the dangerous part that you guys had mention, honestly it is a concern even to Brazilians. People in general will portrait Brasil as this dangerous place where you are sure to be robbed, assaulted or even worse, and it makes people so scared to enjoy the good parts. Honestly, something like this never happened to me, but then again I haven't been to most places in the country. The thing is, as long as we let fear overcome joy, it will. As long as we live scared of what MIGHT happen, we won't get to experience amazing things such as this trip you guys did. It is a scary world out there, but even in the comfort of our homes, we can't say we are completely safe. So what to do then? LIVE!!! If there's one thing this series about you guys traveling Brazil has thought me (and so many videos of other people traveling around the world) is that no fear can be greater and more powerful than wonder and genuine curiosity! Thank you again for sharing and for getting to know more about our culture. Hopefully one day I'll get to experience these things you guys did. All the love from Brasil!
And there in Japan it was reciprocal, there is a city that is practically entirely made up of Japanese Brazilians and they imitated the aesthetics of Brazilian commerce and there are even Brazilian products there
I can't wait to see you and Emeka here someday, I know you will absolutely fall in love with it 😍 the powder garnishes are different types of flour like cassava or Tapioca.. really love it!!

"celebration of art" may not be Brazil trademark. most people here consider street art as a form of degradation, and some governments had erased them in late years. even Av. Paulista's sunday is not well accepted/tolerated by everyone/every government. having said that, it's very cute the way foreigners romantize Brazil. hehe
