It's been 44 years since Australia 🇦🇺 had a world 🌎 champion!! Oscar Piastri for the championship in 2025. Let's friggin go.
Oscar proved to himself and to everyone else what he's capable of.
Oscar's haters are so pissed off about how wrong they are that they're somehow doubling down: he's even crapper and more doomed to failure after a historic race victory in full control with the two drivers who are the best ever at that circuit nibbling at his heels than he was after the performance at Monza which was the biggest flop ever and showed that McLaren were a fraudulent joke of a team despite P2 and 33 points for the team. I can't wait for his first pole and lights to flag victory, they'll be demanding the FIA strip him of his superlicence for bringing the sport into disrepute and being the worst driver since Yuji Ide. 😆😆😆
I love that the biggest threat to Oscar's win may have been Carlos... that tyre-saving run he went on when Checo started chasing down Leclerc was pure Sainz brain-racing. Charles was cooked without that crash, and Carlos probably had fresher tyres than Oscar too... we missed a hell of a fight. Even if I wasn't as much of a Sainz fan as I am a Piastri fan I wouldn't even have been mad, that would have been Carlos best win, even better than Singapore.

The only difference between lando and Oscar is that Oscar had shit tyre management. He needs to improve on that he almost lost the win today because he cooked his tyre very early in the lap .

Stella trying to credit 50% of piastris win to lando is peak cringe. Driving slow through the castle section once isn't 50% of a win. Are norris and stella in a relationship?
Even Horner admitted Lando helped Oscar, Perez could have won. It's not the same being stuck behind Perez in dirty air with cold tyres.
Costing Perez 3s is what helped Oscar come out ahead of Perez.
Without that he wouldn’t have won.
@@paperplane-db8qf 3s in about half a lap? Because that is only about how long Checo was behind Lando before he got past on the main straight. A few 10ths to 1s definitely, but 3s is pushing it.

I remember vettle asking the team to add on his team mate name on the board to show they are a team for the photo shoot. Lando is becoming a number two driver.Lets see what his cooperation to support Oscar rewards him in the next few races. And lets not forget, lando came from 15th to take what would have been 6th.
